Ahlstrom GlassFibre Invests In Through Air System

Anpap Oy to supply €4 million investment

Ahlstrom Glassfibre  has invested in a new state-of-the-art through air drying system at its Karhula glass fiber plant in Finland. The system was supplied by Anpap Oy.

“By investing to this modern production equipment, we increase the production reliability, capacity and quality, but also take our environmental and safety standards to a higher level,” says Pekka Helynranta, President, Ahlstrom Glassfiber

The new through air drying system was designed and manufactured in Finland and will be operational in January 2018. The total investment is approximately €4 million.
